Demo existing deck and replace with new grade 2 pressure treated deck. All new framing and decking. Build custom pergola for screening and partial shade.

Fiberon Deck

Install 9 Sonotube footings with a full grade 2 pressure treated frame. Install high end composite Fiberon decking with Wolf railings. Install composite cocktail rails, color-coordinated decorative steps and paver landings. Added GFI receptacle as well.

Gray Trex Deck

Repair existing deck frame and add triple fascia for Trex aluminum railing system. Add code compliant hardware to existing frame. Frame new stair case. Install 1,100sqft of Trex Transcend decking with Trex aluminum railing system.

Happy Grilling Deck

Change bay window to sliding glass door and repair siding. Install 4 Sonotube footings. Frame deck from grade 2 pressure treated lumber. Install Trex Transcend deck boards with Trex signature powder coated railings.

Poolside Deck

Resurface existing deck with pressure treated lumber.

Pressure Treated Deck

Frame new deck from grade 2 pressure treated lumber. Surface with pressure treated deck boards and build custom railings. Install new patio pavers below as well.
