Can we build on a lot we already own?
Yes. If you already own property, we’ll walk the site with you to evaluate conditions, zoning, and utilities. From there, we can guide you through the design, permitting, and construction process.
Do you offer architectural services?
Yes. We offer design-build services with our network of trusted architects or can collaborate with your architect. Whether you need full design or just construction execution, we’re flexible to your project’s needs.
What warranties are included?
Our custom homes come with a structural warranty, plus manufacturer warranties on windows, roofing, mechanical systems, and other materials. We also include a 1-year workmanship warranty that covers construction defects and finish-related concerns.
